Leading is about motivating staff and providing them with support during the realisation of their tasks and responsibilities. Being a leader therefore implies both a task-oriented and a relationship-oriented approach. An executive should not only be able to give instructions but he/she is expected to provide guidance, to coach and to develop the reflex to delegate tasks and responsibilities timely.
For who?
Executives.
This training is very much practice-oriented, from the start you will be encouraged to put it into practice during the training program.
Depending on the duration of the program, we can organise an intake and follow-up discussion with the participant as well as the superior.
