HOW DOES WEB IN-BASKET© WORK?

At a computer, the participant plays the role of Project Manager in a realistic work situation. During 2 hours (you can modify the decay time), he processes the given information - diverse e-mails from the inbox. New information gradually comes available which needs to be involved in the process.

The assessment of competences is influenced by the quality of response, and whether he provides a full response when processing the memos and assignments. After completion, you immediately have access to an extensive and in-depth review. It reports the competence scores and investigates performance with the help of specific behaviour indicators.
